Hailing from north India, Chef Manish Tyagi worked in some of the country’s most esteemed hotel restaurants before moving to the US being named National Geographic's “10 Great Cooking Classes Around the World”. Manish now works at the MICHELIN Guide's appointed Aurum, where he showcases modern takes on a wide range of offerings inspired by central and northern India, while fully embracing the Bay Area’s bounty of produce. Manish recently won Food Network's "Beat Bobby Flay".
